Celebrating our 25th year in 2018 (est.1993)

Beginners Line Dancing

No term fees, just pay when you come for each 2 hour session.

Wear comfortable shoes and bring a water bottle with you.

Line dancing has been found to be extremely beneficial in preventing dementia related illnesses and is a good cardio-vascular exercise.
The dance movements help improve bone density to prevent osteoporosis.

We use all kinds of music from Country through to Modern.
