LOAVES & FISHES

Food distribution for those after a bit of help to get by.

Every Thursday night and Friday morning, the Victor Harbor Lutheran Café opens it’s doors to provide free food to those who may be doing it tough, and those collecting food to help others who may be finding it tough.

  • BREAD from a local bakery and supermarket

  • FRUIT & VEG, GROCERIES and MEAT from local supermarkets

  • HATS, BEANIES & BLANKETS – a limited supply is available

  • Our volunteers are here to serve you.
What variety and quantity of food we have available each week varies as we rely on food donated through OzHarvest and other businesses.

AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTION:

Thursday evenings from 6.00pm to 6:45pm
Friday mornings from 8:45am to 9.30am

To feed the members of our community who find themselves disadvantaged in some way and need just a little assistance to ensure well-being.
To provide support by offering free food, encouraging conversations to develop a feeling of community and offering guidance if other needs are identified.

Whether you are an OZHARVEST weekly collector and deliverer, a Loaves & Fishes receiver or a distribution volunteer, you are an integral part of what we achieve with the Loaves & Fishes Ministry.
